Rick Wieloh and Matt Belford founded Apex Property Management in 1999. Together they have over 20 years of property management and maintenance experience; as well as a passion for the Jackson Hole Valley and the beautiful properties here. Apex Property Management strives to satisfy clients and protect property values while making their client's visits to the Valley more enjoyable.
Rick Wieloh
Rick Wieloh has 9 years of property management and maintenance experience in the harsh climates of Jackson, Wyoming. This valuable knowledge is used to determine the maintenance needs of your home and will be utilized to protect your property while not in residence. Rick is also a licensed Wyoming Real Estate Salesperson with Apex Real Estate and Property Management. Rick's' wife Jennifer is also involved in the Real Estate community in Jackson Hole being employed by Sotheby's International Realty, together they have an intimate knowledge of the area properties, profit potential, and the various companies and individuals concerning the local real estate market.
Prior to creating Apex Property Management, Rick worked in the resort industry as the Manager of the Food and Beverage departments for Amangani and the Teton Pines Country Club. These positions have taught him how to provide excellent customer service in a timely manner.
Rick graduated from West Virginia University with a Masters of Special Education, and a BA in Marketing. He is a CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER by the National Association of Residential Property Managers and a RECOGNIZED PROPERTY MANAGER by the International Real Estate Institute. Rick is also a licensed Wyoming Real Estate Salesperson.

Matt Belford
Matt Belford has lived and worked in Jackson since 1997. Prior to his ownership of Apex, Matt worked as a low voltage technician for a local alarm system company. Wiring and maintainig fire and security systems has given him valuable experience and knowledge of property construction and maintainence as well as trustworthiness within the community. Working within the construction industry, he has gained first-hand knowledge of the most desirable and sought after sub-contractors in the area; as well as a detailed eye regarding job completion.
Matt grew up in Potomac, Maryland. He attended Arizona State University and graduated in 1997 with a B.S. in Electronics Engineering Technology. He is also a licensed Wyoming Real Estate Broker. He is also a fully-certified professional ski instructor at the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, a Wilderness First Responder, and a professional heli-ski guide for Alaska Rendezvous Guides, Valdez, Alaska. Matt also loves to spend time hiking, climbing, skateboarding, and skiing with his son Jackson.

Joe Meserole
Joe has called Jackson his home since graduating from the University of Denver in 1995. Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in hand, he came to ski for "a winter" and has never looked back. The endless wonders that this valley has to offer have a tight grip on Joe, who came to Apex Real Estate and Property Management LLC with extensive customer service experience.
In addition to many years in Jackson’s booming hospitality industry, Joe managed the customer service department for a Jackson-based manufacturer where he learned the importance of forming lasting relationships with all of his customers, big and small. He then became a licensed Wyoming Real Estate Salesperson and has been using his background and local knowledge to represent Buyers and Sellers ever since. Bottom line: he knows how to take care of his clients.
During free time not spent skiing, Joe likes to rack up the miles on his road and mountain bikes. He also enjoys home improvement projects, yard work, and fulfilling his duties as President of his Homeowner's Association. If Joe's out of town, you can bet he's on his way to the beach with surfboards in tow.
