Apex Property Management has held a valid business license for the city of Jackson since 1997. We are insured and recognized within our area and by our clientele to be detailed in our work. Apex Property management is a REGOGNIZED PROPERTY MANAGER by the (IREM) International Real Estate Institute, which is the largest association of it’s kind and we adhere closely to the association’s code of ethics. The National Association of Residential Property Managers lists Apex as a CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER.

Apex Property Management is a partnership with Richard Wieloh and Matt Belford. We hold a Wyoming Real Estate salespersons license with Sotheby's International Realty. We have years of practical experience and have built relationships throughout the valley to assist in timely services for various property management needs.

Our company has four goals when managing properties:

We currently manage several different types of properties. Our clients are absent owners, valley residents with large estates, and others who own vacation rental condos and homes.
