This gives the owner the flexibility of utilizing services that they require on a monthly basis, without paying for services they may not use. This is the most adaptive plan and gives the owner specific control over their Property Management.

Apex Hourly Rate - Coordination/Supervision of Subcontracted Work. Gather multiple bids, screening/verify all subs, Schedule timing of the work, provide access to and securing of property, in home supervision, verify quality and completion, payment to subcontractor.
