This plan is a comprehensive option, designed to provide the owner protection of the property while not in residence and the convenience of travel to and from the property. In addition, the plan offers the owner a reliable contract to aid in the regular scheduled maintenance of the property.

The Estate Management Plan includes:

Custom Weekly Home Check - Owner and manager complete the Homeowner Information and Detail Form from which specifications for the weekly check up are defined.  Routine checks will be performed on security systems, doors and windows, temperature controls, as well as interior and exterior property inspections.  A copy of the inspection form will be e-mailed to the owner weekly.

Key Holder Service - Act as primary contact for security systems with 24 hour availability. Respond to three security alarm calls per month.  Additional responses will be billed.  Alarm responses will be recorded in detail and owner will be notified if action is needed.

Maintenance Supervision - Coordination of three maintenance jobs per month.  Service includes contacting proper company or professional involved, determining the timing of job, grant access to property and secure home upon departure.  Verify completion of work, paying the bill.  Additional supervision will be billed accordingly at a standard Apex hourly rate.

Preventative Maintenance Schedules - The Operating Systems of the property will be inspected and a schedule of maintenance will be created to insure proper preservation and efficiency.

Utilities Management - Payment of utilities and other accounts with detailed record keeping.

Annual Environmental Assessments - Annual testing for Radon Gas levels and the presence of Black Mold.  Twice a year a complete inspection of the property will be performed to check for ice and snow damage, dry or wet rot, tree and landscaping health, pest presence, septic system.

Car Shuttles - Includes seven automobile shuttles to reasonable local location per month.

Mail and Package Services - Will accept UPS and Fed EX deliveries and take to the home weekly. Mail pick up from local US Mail Service and deliver to home weekly.

Automobile Exercise - Operate vehicles during home inspection. Use trickle chargers when in garage.  Maintain automobile maintenance schedule.

The ESTATE MANAGEMENT PLAN is a one year contract billed monthly.
