BOOKING PROCEDURE: Once Renter and Agent agree on the terms a deposit will be collected (see below for refund policy). After deposit is collected Agent will send Renter a lease containing receipt of deposit, summary of agreed rents and fees with balance due amount, and subject property's rules and regulations. Renter will then return lease with a copy of photo I.D. and provide a valid credit card for security deposit. The subject property will then be officially reserved and Agent will provide Renter with a full welcome packet including: check in and out procedures, property manual, directions, and other useful area information.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Renter's credit card will be authorized (not charged) for 20% of the rental rate excluding taxes and fees. Any damage to the property resulting from Renter's stay will be charged. Normal wear and tear is not included. Certain properties may have different policies.
REFUND POLICY: A 50% deposit is required for all reservations made 45 days or more prior to arrival (if agreement is being made within 45 days of actual arrival, full payment will be required to make reservation). For cancellations made 45 days or more prior to arrival Renter will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night's rental amount. Reservations canceled within 44 days of actual arrival are non refundable. There are NO exceptions.
Full payment (balance due) is required 45 days prior to arrival. If payment is not received by this time the credit card on file will be automatically charged. Balances paid with Visa or MasterCard are subject to a 3% transaction fee. Balances paid with American Express or Discover are subject to a 4% transaction fee. Balances paid 45 days or more prior to arrival by personal or cashier's check are NOT subject to any additional fees.
Wyoming state sales tax is 8% (tax rate in Teton Village is 10%)
